(equivalent between FCFA 500,000 and FCFA 750,000 depending on the country)

LIST OF EXCLUSIONS
I- EXCLUDED RISKS AND EVENTS
The consequences of illnesses or accidents caused by :
- Civil or foreign war,
- Participation by insured persons in riots, civil commotion and acts of terrorism,
- Possession or handling of weapons of war,
- The explosion of a device designed to explode by transmutation of the atomic nucleus,
- Ionising radiation emitted suddenly and accidentally by non-medical nuclear or radioactive sources,
- The consequences of illnesses or accidents caused voluntarily or intentionally by the insured person, in particular those resulting from :
- Suicide or attempted suicide
- Mutilation or attempted mutilation
- Drinking alcohol or using narcotics,
- Active participation in a fight or brawl.
- The consequences of participation by the insured person
- In sporting competitions or their preparatory trials as a competitor, unless otherwise stipulated in the special conditions.
- Aerial or dangerous sports such as boxing, stunts, etc.
- The consequences of accidents at work and occupational illnesses compensated by the CNPS.
- The consequences of acts performed or prescribed or care given by an unqualified person, i.e. a person who does not hold a recognised diploma entitling him or her to practise or who is not legally authorised to practise in his or her speciality.
II- EXCLUDED EXPENSES AND TREATMENT
- The consequences of an accident, illness or disability, whether or not consolidated prior to the insurance.
- Treatment for or to rectify any congenital anomaly, infirmity or malformation such as deafness, blindness, flat feet or deformities, except for children born during the period of validity of the contract.
- Weight-loss cures, preventoriums, convalescent or rest homes (unless approved in advance by the company's medical advisor).
- Thermal or heliomarine cures
- Speech therapy courses or lessons
- Aesthetic treatments:
- Treatments for cellulite and obesity
- Massages unless previously approved by the company's medical advisor
- Acupuncture sessions unless approved in advance by the company's medical advisor
- Pre-marital, employment or compulsory medical check-ups
- The cost of vaccinations, check-ups, preventive examinations, prophylactic care and systematic screening,
- Les fausses-couches intentionnelle IVG et leurs conséquences,
- Procedures not prescribed by a doctor, such as laboratory tests, X-rays, care provided by health auxiliaries, pharmaceutical products, etc.
- The actions of psychoanalysts, bonesetters and healers,
- Procedures performed or prescribed by, or care given by, an unqualified practitioner (as defined in paragraph I above)
- All travel and transport costs
- All treatments related to male or female infertility.
III- EXCLUDED PRODUCTS AND ARTICLES FOR MEDICAL OR PARAMEDICAL USE
- All diet products, appetite moderators, wines, mineral waters and, in general, all dietary medicines.
- Baby food,
- Toothpaste, beauty and body hygiene products, hair products and lotions, even if prescribed for medical reasons, and in general any cosmetic product.
- All contraceptives such as condoms, diaphragms, IUDs, pills, etc.
- All commonly used medical items such as thermometers, probes, syringes, fumigators, inhalers, bandages, cotton plasters, ether, mercurochrome, hydrogen peroxide, bedpans, bladders, hot water bottles, pears, suction cups and other similar items and products.
- All products not prescribed as a result of illness or accident, such as aspirin, anti-malarial drugs, vitamins, tonics and other similar or "comfort" items and products.
- Any renewal of non-prescribed medication,
- All pharmaceutical products not dispensed by a pharmacist legally authorised to practise.
- Orthopaedic dental prostheses, hearing aids and medical optical devices (food, contact lenses) and their accessories (unless approved in advance by the company's medical advisor).
VI- ARE NOT REIMBURSED UNDER THE HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME
- Vaccines and serums unless prescribed by the attending physician for curative purposes
- Medicines prescribed to prevent malaria. In order to be reimbursed, the attending physician must certify that they are being used for curative purposes.
- Routine pharmacy and accessories such as: notebooks, medical records, dressings, compresses, cotton wool, syringes, distilled water, Betadine, speculum, fortifiers and appetite modulators (vitamins, calcium, magnesium, dynamogen, revitalose, stimol, etc.) when not related to a declared medical condition, even if prescribed by a doctor, remain excluded.
- All dietary foods designed to correct the deficiencies or excesses that Totamine Sargenor....
- Cosmetics and all beauty products.
- Contraceptives: adepal, minidel, miniphase, pharmatex, sterilet, Depoprovera, Norlevo, Decapeptyl....
- Infertility drugs:
- Medical check-ups and rehabilitation costs will only be covered with the prior agreement of the company's medical advisor.
Munasaili
Munasaili est une entreprise de micro-assurance. Ses actionnaires sont des investisseurs coptés par les promoteurs . Le prix d’une action ou part sociale est fixé à 1000 fcfa. Les lots pour actionnaires fondateurs sont de minimum 1000 parts soit 1 million et maximum 50000 parts soit 50 millions. Le capital de l’entreprise société anonyme (ou société part commandite simple) de micro-assurance selon le code CIMA est de 500 millions de francs CFA minimum pour l’agrément. Elle est dirigée par un directoire composé de membres coptés parmi les actionnaires fondateurs et des experts de la société civile. Le directoire est présidé par un président. Le Directeur général est membre du directoire et actionnaire avec au moins 1000 parts et nommé par le directoire en conseil du directoire convoqué par son président.

HOW THE SERVICE IS DELIVERED
At the end of the registration process, you will receive a QR Code by e-mail.

Before paying for your insurance Munasaili has validated your subscription request. You will receive a notification on your phone, by sms and by email. the message will say :
